Refund and Returns Policy
- No Returns Accepted: We do not accept returns on any purchased items. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before finalizing the purchase.
- Exchanges: Exchanges can be initiated within 7 days after the product dispatch or completion of the order, whichever is applicable. To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be in their original condition with sealed packaging intact. Additionally, the original invoice must be presented along with the item(s) for exchange consideration. Exchanges are not possible for orders placed during sale times.Â
- Exchange Conditions: Exchanges are only accepted for items that meet the following conditions:
- The item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging.
- The original invoice must be provided.
- Exchange can be made for items of equal or higher value than the purchased item. We do not accept exchanges for products of lesser value.
- Order Cancellations: Order cancellations are accepted under certain conditions. Refunds for cancelled orders will be provided in the form of store credits equivalent to the value of the cancelled item(s). Please note that refunds are applicable only for paid orders made through Quantumtek.lk. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@simplytek.lk. and we will check on it further. *Order cancellations are not possible during sale times.
- Freebies:Â Freebies are dispatched at random. Color selections or special requests cannot be accommodated. Exchanges or returns are not allowed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We only accept reports as such within 24 hours of completion of your order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. By doing this, you are able to redeem the store credit refund on your new purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded as store credits within 10 business days.Â
